Dr. Elias Forma is the owner and CEO of the Café of Life in Delray Beach, Florida. Besides having his family wellness practice for over 13 years, Dr. Forma is also certified in Auriculotherapy and works with clients with addictions, compulsive disorders, and people who want to stop smoking. He is also the chiropractor at Palm Partners Treatment Center in Delray Beach Florida and is finalizing his post graduate studies to receive his Diplomat in Addictionology.
